7:30 - 9:30 Dinner Stations with open seating/Cash Bar
8:00 - 11:00 Dancing/Music by the band Desert Rain
10:00 - 11:30 Coffee and cake will be served
   

The menus for the dinner stations are:

Carving Stations - Roast Prime Rib of Beef and Herb Crusted Roast Turkey (served with miniature rolls and condiments)

Pasta Station - Fresh Farfalle and Tortellini Pasta, served with Alfredo, Pesto, and Marinara Sauces, Onions, Bell Peppers, Black Olives, Mushrooms, Parmesan Cheese, and Garlic Bread.

Seafood Station - Gulf Shrimp Cocktail (served with cocktail sauce and condiments)

Assorted Food Stations - Coconut Chicken with Hawaiian BBQ Sauce, Spinach and Feta Cheese in Phyllo, Mushrooms Stuffed with Crab Meat and Cheese

Hors d' Oeuvres - Mini Quiche Lorraine, Apricot and Brie En Croute, Vegetable Spring Rolls.

Dessert - Cake and Baked Goods served with coffee and tea
